A total of nearly 20 billion yuan has been invested in the comprehensive implementation of the first, second, and third level linkage development and construction of the inefficient area in Wangtai Old Industrial Zone. Through planning and deep excavation, land integration, and old village renewal, more than 10000 acres of land have been sorted out, helping to promote the emergence of a new livable and business friendly display industry new city with a value of tens of thousands of acres and billions of yuan. It has received observation and guidance from major provincial and municipal leaders multiple times, and typical practices have been recognized and approved by major leaders of the Municipal Party Committee and promoted throughout the province, as well as reported by CCTV news. In 2023, we will promote the construction of 25 key projects with a total investment of 31.8 billion yuan. The project construction covers various fields such as the development and construction of key low-efficiency areas (parks), the renovation and construction of old cities and villages, municipal facilities construction, transportation infrastructure construction, parking facilities construction, and park city construction. We will create a "development and investment model" for urban renewal and urban construction that operates in all fields, provides full chain services, and has a full lifecycle. We will become the enterprise with the most investment, widest scope, deepest degree, and comprehensive strength in urban renewal projects undertaken by state-owned enterprises in the West Coast New Area.
